Our take on Sustainability

We don’t recommend washing our jumpers unnecessarily as wool has self-cleaning properties, meaning less water used. If you do need to clean her hand wash cool or dry clean. Wash like colours together. Wash inside out. Do no bleach. Medium iron. Minimum agitation. Do no twist or wring. Reshape whilst damp. Dry flat, no not tumble dry.

We hope you love your Yan Tan as much as we do, but look we get it – things change. If something isn’t right please tell us, we’re new and we’re learning so want to deliver the best knitwear for you! You can return your Yan Tan for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase from delivery date. If the item is new, unused, still partnered with its dust bag & batch card and still with labels in tact you will receive a full no quibble refund.
